Intro

Thai massage
is an ancient bodywork system that combines yoga-like stretches, muscle
compression, and acupressure and reflexology techniques into a flowing
sequence that balances and harmonizes the body.
During this introductory
course, the massage student will learn a basic full-body kata (routine),
which will address the body from the supine, prone, side-lying and
seated positions. The course will also explore the history and other
cultural influences on Thai massage.

the state test in order to become a licensed massage therapist. Each
day students will be placed in mock settings that they will face when
