This 100-hour program is designed to allow the student the ability to embrace any Spa environment with ease and perform successfully to the standards of the Spa industry. This program presents the history and theory of the Spa industry and the techniques utilized. Each student will receive extensive training in the art of Ayurvedic Therapy, Body Bronzing, Ear Candling, Body Contouring, advanced Aromatherapy, Basalt Stone Massage, specialized body wraps and exfoliants, European style facials and advanced massage therapy techniques. In addition students also learn the business aspects of the Spa Industry; including product knowledge, client care and hospitality, negotiating employment compensation, the difference between being an employee or an independent contractor and much more.
